What we believe

Hi, I'm Adrianna Tan. For the last two decades, I have been working on technology that profoundly impacts people's lives. You may have used some of the products and services that I've helped to build.

I believe technology is most powerful when we intentionally use it as a tool for good. I also believe we should define what 'good' means.

• Technology should make things easier, not harder.
• Technology must help, not hinder.
• Innovation must include people, not leave them behind.

To uphold this standard, we must carefully consider what we bring into the world with the technology that we build, and intentionally craft businesses with core values that center people, labor, and the environment.
